Jillian Michaels - America's TOUGHEST Trainer!!!

What doesn't she do? I mean...seriously?  Don't let that 5'2 petite frame fool you! Jillian is ON all the time!

I spoke with Jillian in 2009, right after the release of her book Master Your Metabolism - The 3 DIET Secrets to Naturally Balancing Your Hormones for a Hot and Healty Body!  

Jillian is just as upbeat, energetic and determined over the phone as she is on TV! I wish I could've bottled some of that energy!  It's very clear that Jillian is very dedicated and driven to empower individuals to reach both their physical and psychological goals.

But..I couldn't help but wonder and ask..with her over-the-top ongoing schedule...how does SHE stay in balance, how does SHE avoid burn-out?  She says her schedule can be a challenge and while she does get frustrated at times, she just does the best she can to eat right and get enough rest. While she admits the eat-right-get-enough-rest is often easier said than done...she, like the rest of us, is just trying to find that 'balance'.
